What does an all-inclusive price mean?
The complete payment is online there is never any need for payment in the car. The price of a single trip includes a one-way trip for the booked route including road tolls, VAT, gratuity and tips. If you have booked multiple rides the price is the sum of all trips.
How can I find my driver?
A description of the pick-up is provided in your booking confirmation e-mail, which may vary from booking to booking so please read the description carefully. In case of unexpected delay you should immediately call the phone number provided in the pick-up description. The usual pick-up descriptions are:
From the airport you have 30 minutes of free waiting time, the driver will wait after customs and baggage claim carrying a sign with the passengers name written on it.From the city you have 15 minutes of free waiting time, the driver will wait at the specified address.
What if my flight is delayed?
You don't have to worry about your flight being delayed, we will always monitor your flight. By providing your flight number the driver will be able to track your flight and adjust your pick-up time accordingly.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Please send an e-mail to booking@get-e.com or contact Customer Support at +31 85 888 3055 with the booking and ride number for the transfer you want to change or cancel.
Your booking can be cancelled or changed for free up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.
How will I get the contact details of my driver?
The name and telephone number of your driver will be sent to you per text message 15 minutes prior to your departure. You can also find these details in your travel voucher.
How will I recognize my driver when I arrive at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you at the exit after customs and baggage claim carrying a sign on which your name will be written. Note: at some airports it's not possible to meet after customs and baggage claim, in this case we will provide you with an alternative pick-up location.
